The Burrard Arts Foundation is seeking proposals from local artists for installations in our street-facing public exhibition window, The Garage. The Garage acts as the most public access point into BAF’s on-site programming. For this reason, we are looking for strong visual work that sparks public curiosity and engages passersby. 

We are excited to receive proposals with thematic roots related to interdisciplinary creative culture, cultural identity, and social justice. 

We are now accepting proposals with a deadline of Thursday, June 30, 2022. Four proposals will be selected from this open call. The selected projects will be installed over 2023, concurrent with our winter, spring and summer gallery exhibitions.
